You Make This House a Home is a psychological horror visual novel about waking up in an unfamiliar house with no memory of who you are. A man inside the house claims he is your lover, but the missing memories make every calm sentence feel suspicious.

The story builds around the five days before an alleged anniversary. Instead of relying only on sudden scares, the game uses conversation, domestic spaces, choice pressure, and missing context to make the house feel unsafe. The central question is not only how to escape, but whether the version of your life being presented to you can be trusted.

The current demo focuses on story reading, character interaction, and route exploration. It includes two full in-game days, name and pronoun customization for the protagonist, hand-drawn backgrounds, sprites, and CGs, plus two main routes without official endings in the demo.

Start by clicking or tapping inside the game window, then advance dialogue carefully. You will spend most of the game reading scenes, choosing responses, and noticing how the house, the relationship, and the protagonist’s missing memories are framed from one moment to the next.
